For parents and local players

You can start a local getaway without an age question, Terms acceptance screen, or registration. Players under 18 and players who have not selected an age range use local play. The game blocks external actions in that mode, including opening email links. A parent or guardian can use the contact address on this page from their own email service for support or privacy questions. Online access does not need to be enabled for a child.

To remove local progress, use the app’s local reset control or clear its storage. If your request concerns an earlier online session, mention that when contacting support.

For a game problem

Describe what happened and which screen or feature you were using. Include your app version, device/Android version or browser, and any error message. A relevant public challenge or result link can help explain the issue.

Do not include a guest authentication token, a deletion code, or another person's private information in a general support message.

For player-data deletion

If you still have the app, use Privacy and player data → Delete player and progress. You can also use the player-data deletion page with the same browser guest or a deletion code generated in the app within the previous 24 hours.

Already uninstalled or no valid code?

Email glahav2@gmail.com to request deletion assistance without reinstalling. Describe the guest or records concerned. We may need further information to verify ownership, and a nickname alone may not identify the correct guest.

We will explain the verification steps needed for the particular request. Do not send someone else's credentials.

Deletion removes active online game records. Local data on a separate device and copies already sent to another service may need separate cleanup. See the Privacy Policy for the scope.

For a concerning name or interaction

Adult online players can use the in-app Report control on a player or club and choose a reason. A reported name is replaced with a generated game name and further name edits are restricted. Use Block to filter a player from your boards and prevent challenges, or to leave and block a club.

For a name-restriction appeal or more detail about a concern, email glahav2@gmail.com. Describe where the issue appeared and include a relevant public link or screenshot only if useful, with private information removed. No particular human-review response time is promised. The rules are in Terms of Play.
