The game
These Terms of Play apply to Tiny Escape and its connected features, operated by Guy Lahav. Contact glahav2@gmail.com with questions.
Tiny Escape offers local arcade getaways, earned cosmetic trails, and a discoverable crown. Adults can enable Daily Heist, friend challenges, Snack Clubs, and shared result cards. There are no ads or in-app purchases.
Local Android play works offline. Online scores, challenges, clubs, hosted links, and crown synchronization require internet access. A disconnected or interrupted adult submission may need to be retried.
Local play first
Start a local getaway without registration, an age question, or a Terms acceptance screen. Local runs, scores, snacks, cosmetic unlocks, and crown remain available before online setup.
When you choose Challenge Friends, Daily Heist, Clubs, Share, or online setup in PLAY SETTINGS, choose your age range accurately. The game does not ask for a date of birth. Dismissing setup without choosing an age keeps your age unknown and play local; you can return to setup later. Players who choose an under-18 range or prefer not to give an age use local play and cannot switch directly to an adult age in the game.
Online guest profiles, Daily Heist, online rankings, challenges, clubs, uploads, public sharing, and external actions do not run in local mode. Players aged 18 or above can read these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, then choose AGREE & ENABLE ONLINE to accept these Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Policy, and enable online features. That choice is remembered on the device. No separate signature or registration is required. Do not use another age range to bypass these limits.
A parent’s involvement does not unlock online play for an under-18 player in this release. Choosing RETURN TO LOCAL PLAY does not delete records previously created online.
Play fair and respect other players
- Do not falsify run submissions, bypass attempt limits, or use automation to manipulate shared rankings or results.
- Do not access or use another player's guest token, deletion code, or private data.
- Do not abuse the game service, flood it with requests, or interfere with someone else's play.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or target other people through names, invitations, or shared content.
Scored runs are checked by the game. An invalid, expired, or incompatible recording may not be accepted. A result appearing locally does not mean an online submission has succeeded.
Player names, club content, and safety controls
Adult online users must accept these rules before contributing names or other shared game content. Use names you are entitled to use and are comfortable showing to others.
- No hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, or illegal content.
- No impersonation, deceptive names, or content intended to humiliate another person.
- No private personal information, including real-world contact details or credentials.
- No spam, repeated unwanted invitations, or misuse of reporting and blocking.
Use the in-app Report control on a player or club and select a reason. Reports have no free-text message field. A reported name is replaced with a generated game name and further name editing is restricted. Contact Tiny Escape support to appeal a name restriction or provide information about a concern. Reporting does not promise a particular human-review time.
Use Block to filter a player from your boards and prevent challenges between you. Blocking a club leaves it and prevents rejoining until unblocked. Support may restrict or remove content or access in response to misuse. The Privacy Policy describes report and blocking record retention.
Your guest and saved progress
Connected features use a guest profile remembered in the browser or app installation you use. There is no conventional email/password login. The Android app and a browser may hold different guests, and progress does not automatically synchronize between devices.
Keep guest credentials private. Clearing storage or uninstalling can remove access to local progress and the remembered guest. A nickname alone may not be enough to recover access.
Shared results
Finishing an ordinary getaway or opening its results does not publish it. An adult must choose Share to create an online result card or challenge. Daily and friend modes submit their scored results as part of those online activities.
In adult online mode, player names and results can be visible on leaderboards, to challenge participants, and inside clubs. Anyone with a public result link can view the information captured on that card. An ordinary nickname change does not rewrite older cards; moderation protections may change displayed names.
You choose the destination when sharing a message, image, or link. Copies someone has downloaded or forwarded may remain outside the game even after you delete your guest.
Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains local storage, online records, visibility, and deletion. You can reset local progress in the app. Adults can delete their online guest through the app or the player-data deletion page. Deleting a guest can also remove associated shared challenges and owned clubs.
